Waking up one day realising the BIG 40 is looming and that I was completely unfit and overweight! Each decade had piled on the pounds and I decided that a PT was the only way forward for me. After a google search I found myself reading Neville’s glowing testimonials, so I called to book my trial session and knew straight away that we would get on. We’ve been training for 5 months now and my whole attitude towards exercise has changed. Thanks to Neville I now enjoy exercising and have the confidence to take my shirt off at the beach.

I’ve lost 10 kilos and a whole wardrobe of suits that no longer fit me. My friends are constantly commenting as my body shape has completely changed. Questions
I’m trying to get to the deeper understanding of why you train at Duo. it would help me loads if you could share with me the empathic reason you are at Duo and not just the aesthetic purpose.
now if you could think back to before you came to see me at Duo ? and how did you feel? what was the reason you decided to start training again?
here are some examples:

  • Constantly avoiding social occasions so people don’t mention you’ve put on weight
  • Feeling sick of sweating in public.
  • Laughing off joke’s about being overweight
  • I can feel my belly on my thighs when I bend over to tie my shoelace
  • I typically hate the summer because you have to take off your shirt and my belly hangs out
  • Tired of feeling bloated after meals
  • Low energy and frustrated throughout the day.
  • Low sex drive and arguing with my wife.
