Your goals come first. Understanding each unique personality and lifestyle, and developing a clear plan in pursuit of said goals is so important. It’s always a negotiation, and I’ve rarely designed two plans that look exactly the same.

Personalization is why I love what I do. No two clients are identical and everyone enters the gym at different ability levels. Whatever level you start at, I ensure progression is built into every program. A clear understanding of progress gives you the incentive to stay on track. My training philosophy stems from traditional strength and conditioning, with good technique at the forefront. At the same time, I understand that you might be unable to execute things perfectly, and am more than happy to put aside time to simply help you move better.

Diet is often more than half the battle, particularly with any type of weight loss clients. I place emphasis on really educating you about effective nutritional strategies, but with any diet; always leave some room for personal autonomy. This will help you to educate yourself, and in my experience is a far more sustainable approach. The best diet is the one that you can stick to.

And at the end of the day, I’m here to keep you accountable. I stay in frequent contact with every client. There will be days when you don’t feel like training, you’re sick of the diet, you want that croissant, etc. Sometimes life gets in the way. I understand that. I’m here to prop you back up, and if I have to chase you up morning and night to keep you on track, I will, because I care.
