A high energy heart-pounding class. Expect time on the assault bike, sled, and the use of low to moderate weights over a sustained period of time. This class also incorporates moves to build your core strength and endurance.

Taking your technique to another level. Expect to learn proper form on all major lifts and movements. This class has the perfect balance of strength and cardio work!

This class will improve your full body strength and stabilisation. Expect to push, pull and lift an assortment of barbells and dumbbells using proper technique.
