Nutrition Tip: Apps like My Fitness Pal can be an amazing tool not so much just to count calories, but because they make you mindful of the types of foods you’re fuelling with. Physically typing it in makes you accountable.

Training Tip: Consistency is key. Everyone has off weeks and that’s fine, but (especially in the beginning) find a type of training that you enjoy as results won’t come overnight. You just need to get to the point where you start to reap the rewards, and you’re far more likely to continue
